In case of any problems in playing the ppt show

You may have problems in playing your powerpoint show in another laptop. To avoid the condition that your powerpoint show doesn’t run well, please compress the files in winzip or wonrar.

1.       Put the files in one folder.

2.       Name the folder.

3.       Right Click the folder.

4.       Click Add to “........rar”

5.       Attach the files to your email.
